Bell, Book and Candle is a movie I've wanted to see for a while.
My favourite Kim Novak movie is the much-maligned but delightfully camp The Legend of Lylah Clare, directed by one of my favourite eccentric auteurs, Robert Aldrich. I love Aldrich's movies about women.
The Legend of Lylah Clare is one of the big missing in action titles right now. We NEED a DVD and Blu Ray Special Edition of that ASAP! Thanks D.
This is so on my wish list.
Completely agree with you about 'The Legend of Lylah Clare' - it's been too long since I've seen that movie!
I've only seen the TCM print of The Legend of Lylah Clare, which unfortunately is fullscreen and a bit washed out. But I was glad to at least see the movie. A restored widescreen DVD would certainly be appreciated.
I am definitely looking forward to this one! Love BELL, BOOK AND CANDLE. Her chemistry with Jimmy Stewart was dynamite!
