Operation Screenshot (Films of the Forties) Raoul Walsh's High Sierra (1941)

One of my favorite Bogart films. I like seeing these screenshot exercises done with older films, they make them seem a bit more abstract than they really are (at least when focused on fill-in shots, establishing shots, wipes, etc.) because they highlight the ephemera that came more to the forefront in later modes of filmmaking.

Thanks so much MovieMan. I find that pre-fifties films are really quite challenging for this series but I really enjoy attempting them. I really appreciate the comments on this one and I will continue to do more here...thanks again!
