Artist and Muse #29


Here we have Alain Robbe-Grillet directing Anicee Alvina in the remarkable SLOW SLIDINGS OF PLEASURE (1974). The talented Alvina, who sadly passed away after a fight with Cancer just this past December, would also work on Grillet's slightly less interesting but still vital PLAYING WITH FIRE (1975) opposite Jean-Louis Trintignant and Sylvia Kristel.

She died 53 years old, by Lung cancer, because she smoked before she was 14. I'm very sad bacause I'm french and I saw her on TV shows "les 400 coups de Virginie" I was 15, she was 25 and I loved her. Tobacco is shit
