Stills From Jean Rollin's La Nuit Des Horloges

I am greatly anticipating getting to see Jean Rollin's reportedly final film La Nuit Des Horloges, which unfortunately has still yet to get any kind of firm US or UK release date on DVD that I know of.

The film is currently playing at French Festivals and judging from the online reviews I have read it sounds like a wonderful career summation from the mighty Rollin.

While looking up some pictures yesterday on Photobucket I came across a series of a few dozen or so stills from the film so I wanted to provide the link as well as a few favorites here.

La Nuit des Horloges Now out on DVD in France and More News

Jean Rollin's latest film La Nuit des Horloges, starring the wonderful Ovidie, is now out as a limited edition DVD in France. Here is a scan of the disc which looks to have an interview with Rollin as a bonus. Hopefully a British or US release will be on the way soon featuring an English subtitle option.

Also, in very exciting news, it is true that Rollin is working on a new film entitled The Mask of Medusa and a terrific five minute behind the scenes reel can be viewed below. I know that most of us thought that La Nuit des Horloges was going to be our guy's last film so word of this new work is very thrilling indeed. It is also great to see Rollin looking so healthy and vibrant in these behind the scenes clips.
