Only a snob would leave this movie off their list of the decade's best films. I guess because it was popular it might be disqualified, but I found it so non-linear and innovative. A true classic.
Nice. So many people dismiss this film because it's "cutesy" or something, as though making such a delightful, joyous confection was some great crime. I love it, it makes me happy.

This film is easily one of my favorite works of the decade. I find it a visually stunning and moving celebration of cinema and life. To follow up on Ed's thought, it does indeed make me very happy...and what in the world is wrong with that?
I love this film as well. Audrey is just so adorable and really wins you over. You'd have to have a heart of stone not be taken in by her charisma - the camera loves her.
What did you think of Jeunet's follow-up, A VERY LONG ENGAGEMENT?

Audrey is one of the great wonders of modern cimema as far as I am concerned.
I really admired A Very Long Engagement although I didn't connect with it as much as Amelie. Of course, it's a totally different film and I thought it was great they didn't just try to do an Amelie retread...
