I love those shots at the end where the veneer is peeled away: what had seemed like a sexy, carefree dance suddenly becomes something sad and tawdry. Rodriguez doesn't do anything that touching or real very often, especially since most of the rest of the film is just over-the-top refried grindhouse sleaze.
For some reasons this credits sequence is forever burned in my brain. I wonder why? ; )
Yeah, it's not a bad sequence for the eyes this one. Thanks for this.
